If you have your own fruit, well then it is simple. If you have a particular style that comes from a particular appellation, then I can act as a liaison in finding and purchasing the fruit.

Fermentation and aging

I can assist you in developing a protocol for creating the type of wine you want to make. I can also perform as much or as little of the tasks in its creation.

Blending and Bottling

I can assist you in what blend will optimize your wines as well as suggest a method of filtration and bottling. I can even assist in the label design and the documentation needed to produce the wine.
